The core products of GT PowerSafe in this exhibition focus on the three dimensions of high safety, long life and ultra-fast charge:
Vehicle storage and common wire manufacturing technology: the world’s first solid state battery module simultaneously ADAPTS to new energy vehicles and energy storage power stations, reducing system integration costs by 28% through standardized interface design;
Extreme safety performance: Equipped with self-developed “honeycomb” solid electrolyte matrix, to achieve thermal runaway propagation blocking time <0.5 seconds, through UL 9540A strict certification;
Full climate adaptability: The use of intelligent temperature control liquid cooling technology, charge and discharge efficiency under -40℃ to 60℃ environment to maintain more than 95%, to overcome the problem of energy storage application in cold regions.
Commercialization Milestone: Clinched a single 15GWh energy storage order
On the first day of the exhibition, GT PowerSafe reached a strategic cooperation with European energy giant Vattenfall to provide a 20-foot liquid cooled container energy storage system for its 800MW offshore wind energy storage project in Scotland, with a single capacity of 5MWh and a cycle life of more than 12,000 times. The total scale of the order is 15GWh, setting a record for the single signing of overseas energy storage by Chinese enterprises. CEO Li Wei revealed: “Of the 50GWh production capacity planned in 2025, 40% will be dedicated to the field of energy storage.”
Eco-level innovation: Release of an energy iot operating system
The simultaneous launch of the “EnerOS 3.0” energy operating system has attracted the attention of the industry, which integrates AI power prediction and blockchain power trading functions to achieve:
The dynamic response speed of the energy storage power station is increased to 50 milliseconds, which is 3 times faster than the traditional solution.
The aggregation degree of distributed energy storage resources reaches 90%, and supports real-time scheduling of virtual power plants.

According to data from Zhongguancun Energy storage Industry Alliance, GT PowerSafe has occupied 12.3% share of China’s large storage market, and its participation in the draft national standard of “Electrochemical Energy Storage System solid State Battery Technical Specification” was publicized during the exhibition.
